Everything a young company has to keep straight

Eight modules that share one company record, so the details you enter once are right on every agreement you draft.

  • Agreements and e-signatureAnswer a short interview and get a founder agreement, NDA, SAFE or advisor agreement drafted against your company record. Each signer confirms with a code sent to their own inbox, and every step lands in an audit trail.
  • Term sheet reviewPaste or upload a term sheet, SAFE or convertible note and get it explained clause by clause, compared against market standard.
  • Cap tableFounders, option pool and SAFEs in one table that adds up, with a round modeller that shows what a raise does to every holder.
  • Data roomShare diligence by folder with links that expire, ask for an emailed code, watermark by default — and show you who read what, and for how long.
  • Filings calendarDeadlines worked out from your company itself: 83(b) elections and Delaware franchise tax, or CAC annual returns, FIRS, VAT and PAYE in Nigeria.
  • FundingA curated directory of grants and accelerators, and a tracker that follows each application from saved to awarded.
  • RoadmapWhat ships now, next and later, who owns it — and a public link to share it with investors.
  • Business modelThe canvas and the unit economics behind the pitch, kept next to the company they describe.

Questions founders ask first

Do I need a card to try it?

No. Your first company gets 7 days of Pro, free and without a card — every tool, with the full opportunity directory opening once you subscribe. When the trial ends you stay on Free unless you choose to upgrade.

What happens to my documents if the trial ends or I cancel?

Nothing you made is taken away. Agreements, signed documents and records stay readable and downloadable on every plan, forever. If you cancel, Pro runs to the end of the period you paid for; after that, creating more waits until you upgrade.

Are the e-signatures binding?

Signing records what US e-signature law (ESIGN and UETA) looks for: consent to sign electronically, a one-time code sent to the signer's own email, and a fingerprint of the exact text they signed. The audit trail is exported with your diligence pack.

Is this legal advice?

No. The templates are a strong, specific starting point drafted against your company record — not a substitute for a lawyer on anything unusual or high-stakes.

Who can see my data room?

Only the people you send a link to. Each link can be limited to one folder, set to expire, require a code emailed to the recipient, watermark every page and block downloads. You can revoke it at any time and see what was read.

Which companies is it for?

US companies (templates are written for Delaware) and Nigerian companies registered with the CAC. The company record, document templates and filing deadlines all follow the jurisdiction you pick.

How is it priced?

Free, or Pro at $10 a month — $100 a year if you pay annually, two months free. Pro is per company and includes your whole team. Prices are in US dollars, paid by card through Flutterwave.

Start with your next agreement

An NDA or a founder agreement is a good first document — and the company record you fill in to draft it carries into everything after it.
